Changes:
- Fixed up a bunch of uglyness in GtkExText including removal of GtkEditable as its base class
- Removed GtkEditable-using code in Glimmer because of new GtkExText
- Spiffed up GnomeFileList a bit. It doesnt screw with the filename when you change directories now.
- Added "Print line numbers every n lines." option
